About This Piece

From artist’s proposal: “This building will house design consultants, building inspectors, and engineers who strive for quality and completeness in their respective fields. The tools and instruments of their trade, as well as the language, demands an exacting attention to details and an adherence to prescribed standards. My sculpture exemplifies this exacting science of measurement. The geometric relationships of the forms abstractly represent an exercise in calculation, formula, and measurement.”
